Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP applies to all Neytom hosting, VPS, app hosting, and related services. Violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund where abuse is clear.

Prohibited

• Malware, phishing, botnet C2, crypto-mining without written approval, open proxies/relays
• Spam / unsolicited bulk email; harvested lists
• CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that is illegal in the EU/Romania
• Attacks on third parties (DDoS, scraping that harms others, credential stuffing)
• Infringing copyrighted material you are not licensed to host

Fair-use bandwidth

Plans include fair-use outbound bandwidth suitable for websites and normal VPS workloads. Sustained traffic that degrades shared or cluster capacity may be rate-limited or require a plan upgrade. Dedicated / committed bandwidth SKUs (when offered) supersede fair use.

Resource abuse

CPU, RAM, disk I/O, and inode use must stay within plan quotas. Shared Nano is a shared CloudPanel pool — noisy or abusive workloads may be throttled or moved to a paid LXC/VPS plan.
