Neytom (operated by Neytom Services or the entity stated on your invoice) provides cloud hosting, domain-related services, and related infrastructure as described on neytom.com and in your order summary.
These terms are intended to comply with applicable rules in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and globally where mandatory consumer, contract, and data-protection laws apply to you, without limiting other laws that may apply depending on your location.
By completing payment (including Stripe, PayPal, or other methods we offer), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with payment.
Hosting and similar recurring or metered services are delivered digitally and may be provisioned shortly after payment. Once service activation begins and access is made available, billing for the active period is handled under these terms and applicable law.
Where applicable, EU consumer law may include exceptions to the standard 14-day withdrawal right for digital services after activation with prior consent and acknowledgement. Your checkout acceptance records this consent.
Domain registration is ordered on your behalf through our registrar integration (e.g. Name.com API where configured). Registry and registrar policies apply to registration, renewals, transfers, and dispute procedures.
If your order includes both domain registration and hosting, line items may appear separately at checkout for clarity. Each component is processed according to its service type, activation status, and applicable legal framework.
If you qualify as a consumer under applicable law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions under Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in your country), including for services fully performed with your consent and for digital content/services once performance has begun with your consent and acknowledgement, as described above.
Independently of the statutory withdrawal right above, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on paid hosting plans for your first order: request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment via contact or a support ticket, and we refund the hosting fee in full. This guarantee does not cover domain registrations (submitted to the registrar and non-refundable), renewals, or subsequent orders, and it may be refused in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated sign-ups).
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). You agree to pay all amounts shown at checkout. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of costs where permitted by law.
We may update these checkout terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
