Automated site brief with AI — you stay in control

Neytom.com supports AI technology as help when you create the site you need — faster briefs, outlines, and first-pass copy. An AI assistant is a drafting partner, not the owner of the site. Attention: any AI agent must be closely monitored. Do not give it total trust. The human always controls the AI; the AI does not control the human.

Before you start

  • A one-sentence goal for the site (who it is for and what visitors should do next).
  • Optional Neytom account if you will deploy WordPress here.
  • Willingness to fact-check every draft before anything goes live.

State the site you actually need

Write what the business does, who it serves, where it operates, and one primary call to action. Ask an AI assistant to propose pages from that brief — not from a vague “make me a website” prompt.

Prompt pattern (tool-agnostic): business, audience, next action for the visitor, pages that must exist, and claims you refuse to make. AI may invent services you do not sell — discard those lines immediately.

Turn the chat into a written brief

Save a short document: page list (Home, About, Services or Products, Contact; add a shop only if you sell), primary CTAs, and what not to claim. Stop iterating in chat once the brief is clear.

The brief is the source of truth for later prompts. Without it, generative drafts drift and invent features.

Draft information architecture

Ask for a homepage outline, H2 structure, and navigation labels. You approve the map before any copy is treated as final.

Prefer fewer clear pages over a sprawling menu. Internal hubs help humans and search engines more than thin duplicate pages.

Generate first-pass copy, then rewrite as a person

Use AI for first-pass paragraphs only. Facts, prices, legal text, hours, and addresses come from you — never from a model guess.

Rewrite for brand voice. Delete generic filler (“In today’s fast-paced world…”). Keep sentences short and specific to your offer.

Human control is mandatory

Never auto-publish from an agent. Never give an agent unsupervised admin, DNS, billing, or plugin install rights. Never accept invented testimonials, fake reviews, medical/financial/legal advice, or competitor claims.

If an agent proposes a change, you review the diff and click. Rollback means your backups and isolated stack — not the model’s memory. Neytom supports AI as an aid; you remain accountable for what visitors see.

Handoff to WordPress on isolated hosting

Collect assets you own: logo, photos, name/address/phone. Deploy a real WordPress site you control — see the Deploy WordPress and Simple business site guides on this hub.

Closed AI builders can lock content into a proprietary format. WordPress on Neytom runs in an isolated stack per domain (not classic shared noisy neighbours), so CPU and RAM stay yours.

After go-live: search and AI visibility

Verify the site in Google Search Console, submit the XML sitemap, then improve crawlable HowTo pages and llms.txt for AI visibility (GEO). The assistant that drafted copy does not replace indexing work.

Next on this hub: AI-assisted SEO content, then AI visibility (GEO). Paid ads in AI products are a separate track and do not buy organic citations.

You finished this step.

Next: AI visibility (GEO) — get cited without paying for mentions.
