Verify your email and sign in for the first time

Email verification proves you control the inbox tied to your account. Until verification completes, provisioning and payments stay blocked.

Before you start

  • You already submitted the Neytom sign-up form.
  • Access to the same mailbox you used during registration.

Open the verification message

Search for a subject line mentioning Neytom, verification, or confirm email.

If nothing arrived after 2–3 minutes, open Spam / Junk / Promotions tabs (Gmail often hides first messages under Updates).

Click only the newest verification link

If you requested verification twice, use the link from the newest email. Older links may expire for security reasons.

The link should open https://neytom.com/ (or your host) in HTTPS. If the browser warns about certificates, stop and contact support — do not bypass warnings on unknown URLs.

Return to Neytom and choose Sign in

Use the exact email and password from registration. Caps Lock and keyboard layout often cause “wrong password” errors.

If you forgot the password, use Forgot password from the sign-in screen instead of creating a second account.

Confirm you reached the dashboard

You should see navigation for instances, deploy, or account areas depending on product version.

If the session expired while you were in email, simply sign in again — verification only needs to succeed once per email.
